When we lose our sense of direction, the instinct is often to look outside of ourselves. We assume someone or something else will provide the solution.

Why this matters to me

I’m Caroline, and I support changemakers such as coaches and healers to grow businesses that feel honest, sustainable, and deeply aligned with their values.

In 2025, I had my most successful year in business in more than a decade. What followed was a swift unravelling of everything I thought I knew about my work.

In the panic that followed, I far too readily outsourced my knowing to the internet and promptly lost my bearings.

This reset has grown out of the questions I’ve had to ask in my own business.

What happens when we consume less? What happens when we spend more time in nature with our own thoughts than staring at a screen? What happens when we let ideas unfurl rather than try to expedite them with AI?

The Reset

I wanted to create a space where we can explore these questions together. Somewhere calm and quiet with enough structure to keep us moving and enough spaciousness for something honest to surface.

For three weeks, I will guide you through three distinct stages: Creating Space, Taking Stock and What’s Emerging.

Week One – Creating Space

This is a guided review rather than an exhaustive audit. It will help you recognise what still feels alive, what has run its course and what you may have overlooked or forgotten about your own work and voice.

Week Three – What’s Emerging

The final week is about paying attention to what begins to appear once you have created space and remembered what is already yours. An inside-out approach does not force an answer. It gives an honest direction enough quiet to become recognisable.

Through guided reflection, you will begin to distinguish the ideas that carry real energy from those that are simply another distraction. You do not need to emerge with a dramatic reinvention or a perfectly formed new offer. The aim is to recognise what wants to emerge.

By the end of Week Three, you’ll be able to name what you want to lean into and decide on a meaningful plan of action.

Every call will be recorded. You can follow the weekly prompts and guidance and share your reflections in Slack even if you cannot attend live. The experience will be richest if you can join us, but missing a call does not mean you have fallen behind.
