THAT’S WHERE I COME IN!
I’m Caroline Leon, a Business Mentor with a passion to help driven and ambitious conscious business owners to change the world and I do that by providing you with the tools and strategies to build and grow a meaningful business without selling your soul!
I’ve been a Life and Business Coach for the past 8 years and before that I spent well over a decade working in program + project management and PR + communications. That means I’m pretty darn good at strategy, planning, being super organised (think colour coded spreadsheets), communications and supporting and empowering others to do the same!
I help my clients to get super clear on their business dreams, to create a soulful strategy to make those dreams a reality and to then take action in a way that beats the crap out of overwhelm.

LET’S CONNECT
There are two main ways that you and I can work together.
The Conscious Business Mastermind is a 12 month program of business support, coaching, training and co-working with a group of like-minded conscious business owners.
Or if you want to get really deep and personal, you could check out my 1:1 Offering to see if it’s a fit.
And if none of the above is speaking to you right now, you’re free to stick around and make the most of the free content I offer here, in my weekly newsletters and in my Conscious Business Collective group on Facebook.

THE ME BEHIND THE BUSINESS
On the off chance that you came to this page to find out more about the me behind the business, here are a few personal truths about who I be.
As well as being an entrepreneur, I am mama to two beautiful boys, Oscar and Oliver. I am also life partner to an incredible man called Joan. My Boys, my Beau and my Business are the three Big loves of my life.
I’m originally from the UK (born in Manchester) but spent many years living in London and Brighton. After following the recommended path to success and fulfilment, I finally saw the light in 2012 and quit my career in Program Management, sold everything I owned and bought a one-way ticket to Thailand where I proceeded to play out my very own “Eat, Pray, Love” story!
After meeting my love on a tropical island in Thailand, we travelled through Colombia together, spent a year living off the grid in Mexico before moving to Spain to build a home and grow a family!

A few of my favourite things include long walks in nature, curling up with a good book, deep chats with my fellow kindreds, lazy mornings and cuddles in bed with my boys, early mornings in my home office, hearing from others that I’ve helped or inspired them, falling asleep feeling fulfilled and waking up excited by my work, spending time with my wider family and eating delicious food made by my man!
If you want to know even more about me, you can check out my other website and blog, Life is Limitless, which details much more of my personal story.
